To my knowledge, the minimum requirement of audios published is three. After that you have to be scouted by a scout, for example someone who has been frontpaged. Once you’re in the audio portal you have to request your newgrounds account for a whitelist via request to an elder moderator. They are most active on discord so I recommend direct messaging them. (It can only be your own music too, or else you will be banned.)
